This season's TWS World Invitation Superstock Champs is going to be one off the very top shelf!
The Brits are coming back, 3 of them, and they will be joined by a couple of Dutch brothers too. Isn't it great to see this happening after a couple of years with closed borders and the lurgy lurking around. So without further adieu, here are the five that are gracing our shores this season.
Charlie Sworder (#5) Current BriSCA F1 world champion, known as the "wild child" for his aggressive racing style, he will slot straight into our game!
Jelle Tesselaar (#410) One of four brothers who race in Holland & England, having won three finals.
Niels Tesselaar (#418) The youngest Tesselaar brother competing who has won sereveral races in the UK.
Frankie Wainman, Jr (#515) FWJ returns once again to our shores and bring his wealth of knowledge and skills. A 3 time winner of the 240s and still trying to get the 4th one to be the winningest.
Frankie Wainman, Junior, Jr (#555) Junior Jnr returns to NZ as one of the new guard in UK F1 racing. JJ Finsihed 3rd in the 2022 European champs, behind his father & sister, Phoebe.
There you have it, the overseas entrants for the TWS World 240s. Also on the programme is the Sharkey's Engineering Aotearoa Ladies Stockcar Crown, 28 ladies vying for what is fast becoming the unofficial NZ champs for the ladies. A couple of changes in the main lineup and a new reserve hoping for a spot.
